WAYS TO UNCOVER YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS
​
1. Self-reflection: Set aside time for introspection. Reflect on areas of your life where you feel stuck or encounter repeated challenges. Ask yourself probing questions like "What beliefs do I hold about myself, others and the world?" "What recurring thoughts or patterns do I notice in my behaviour?"

2. Identify triggers: Pay attention to situations or events that evoke strong emotions or reactions. These triggers can provide clues about underlying beliefs. When you notice yourself feeling anxious, frustrated or fearful, take a moment to explore what thoughts or beliefs might be driving those emotions.

3. Journaling: Keep a journal to record your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Writing can help you gain clarity and insight into your beliefs. Write freely without judgement and explore any recurring themes or narratives that emerge.
4. Challenge assumptions: Question the validity of your beliefs. Are they based on facts and evidence or are they assumptions you've accepted without scrutiny? Challenge yourself to consider alternative perspectives and test the accuracy of your beliefs.
5. Explore childhood experiences: Our beliefs are often shaped by early experiences and upbringing. Reflect on your childhood environment, relationships and significant events. Consider how these experiences may have influenced your beliefs about yourself and the world.
As I mentioned, these are my top five methods to uncover limiting beliefs but there are many more. Digging into our limiting beliefs is just one segment of my program.
